What happens to your files
Nothing you drop on this page is uploaded. There is no account and no database. The page is static
text; the merging, the highlighting and the export all run in your browser, using pdf-lib and
pdf.js inside the tab, and stop when you close it.
The exported PDF
The file your browser saves contains your pages, in the order you put them, and any highlights you
drew on them. The highlights are drawn into the file, so whoever opens it sees them. Nothing else
is added: no hidden record of the file names or hashes is embedded, and no page is altered beyond
the marks you made yourself.
What this site does load
- Alpine.js, pdf.js and pdf-lib from the jsDelivr CDN. These are code downloads. Your files are
not part of the request.
- No AI model. This tool does not read your pages; it only puts them in the order you choose and
draws where you tell it to.
- The pdf.js worker script, proxied through this site so the browser will accept it.
- Two typefaces, also proxied through this site. They originate from Google Fonts, but your
browser asks this site for them, not Google, so opening this page does not tell Google you
were here.
- No analytics, no cookies, no local storage.
